At Aurix Jewellery, every piece is crafted with precision, inspected for quality, and securely packaged before leaving our studio. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewellery items once they’ve been shipped.
This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products — every customer receives brand-new, unworn jewellery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aurix.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Our jewellery is crafted with premium plating and handset stones. To preserve that flawless finish, avoid exposing your pieces to water — including showers, pools, or the sea. Moisture can cause dullness or affect the shine over time.
